A happy banner

I got a new punch from Stampin' Up! It's a pennant punch. I really like it. I just used various colors and stamped in the same color for a tone on tone effect. Then, the background is embossed... one of my fave things to do... Simple card for an extravagant friend.

Father's Day

The background paper for this card is velvet flocked paper. I really have no idea what the metal strap piece is supposed to be used for. I found it in the hardware store and thought it would be interesting on a card.
